About James Guy:
James Guy received his Associate Degree in Science from Cuesta College San Luis Obispo in 1990.
In 1996 he obtained a General Contractor’s license and became a construction superintendent for two of the largest construction companies in Bend. As superintendent, he managed multiple projects worth millions of dollars.
In 1999 he started his own construction company and built several beautiful and unique custom homes in Central Oregon. James currently maintains a general contractor’s license to build docks and bridges.
In 2004 he built his own home doing all phases of the construction. In 2005 James Guy shifted focus and began applying his expertise in difficult land use issues to consulting; making several clients large amounts of money by helping them to develop properties in restrictive areas.In 2006 James obtained a license to perform wetland delineations and to manage wetlands and mitigation projects.
James Guy currently builds docks in the 4000 square foot production facility in Bend. His love for building docks stared about 5 years ago and continues to be his primary focus.
