Ramps and Stairs Built for Your Specific Needs We build custom ramps and stairs to get you safe, beautiful access to your dock float. From short ramps with no rails, to ramps over 50 feet long, no job is too big or too small.A safe, strong, long-lasting ramp is as important as your floats. Each ramp is custom designed to fit your dock, your shore attachment point, and the angle and travel for varying water levels. We have many ramp deck choices available. We install, or you install. Our stairs use handrails as girders to provide surprisingly stout stairways with very few connection points to the ground. In most cases we can avoid the need for pilings in the water. When pilings are needed, we use a vibrohammer that can drive piles up to 3 1/2" in diameter in any situation. Our small pneumatic pile driver can be operated by hand when crane or barge access to your site is not possible. Our pile driver runs on air and vegetable oil, so it's very environmentally friendly. If you have piles that have become loose, or are rotting, we can encase them in fiberglass and epoxy to make them strong again. |
